May 2010: TV turn-off
This month, take one day a week (or more) when you have the television turned-off for the whole day.
Use that time to do something more creative: go for a walk, bake a cake, read, get together with a friend, pray, talk with your family, play a game, plant some seeds, have a clear-out... and take this as an opportunity to think about whether you control your technology or whether it controls you. |
